Ellen DeGeneres, 42, and Anne Heche, 31, who last month went their separate ways after a 3 1/2-year relationship, have put their 10-acre country retreat in Ojai, Calif., on the market, reports the Los Angeles Times. The asking price is $2.75 million. The couple purchased the property in December of 1998. They still own a Hollywood Hills home together, having paid $1.7 million for it in June 1999. The Times also reports that DeGeneres's new sitcom, set to premiere at midseason, is being retooled at the request of CBS executives. Generally this means that it did not play well with test audiences.
