With "Survivor" gone, "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" returned to its No. 1 spot atop at the Nielsen Top 10 list. (The rating is the percentage of the nation's estimated 100.8 million TV homes. Each ratings point represents 1,008,000 households.) For the week of Aug. 28-Sept. 3, the favorite shows in prime time were:
1. "Who Wants to be a Millionaire - Tuesday," ABC, 14.6, 14.74 million homes

2. "Who Wants to be a Millionaire - Thursday," ABC, 13.7, 13.82 million homes

3. "Who Wants to be a Millionaire - Sunday," ABC, 11.9, 11.96 million homes

4. "Law and Order," NBC, 9.2, 9.23 million homes

5. (tie) "Everybody Loves Raymond," CBS, 8.8, 8.85 million homes

5. (tie) "Hopkins 24/7,"ABC, 8.8, 8.91 million homes

7. "Law and Order-Monday," NBC, 8.4, 8.46 million homes

8. "Dharma & Greg," ABC, 8.2, 8.26 million homes

9. (tie) "60 Minutes," CBS, 7.9, 7.95 million homes

9. (tie) "Becker," CBS, 7.9, 7.94 million homes
