Emmy may have honored "The West Wing" and "Will & Grace" -- both NBC shows -- on Sunday night, but Nielsen honored ABC. The winner of the primetime ratings for the week of Sept. 4-10 was ABC, what with "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," the return of "Monday Night Football" and the Emmy Awards themselves.
