Actress Kim Cattrall, 44, the resident sexpot on HBO's "Sex and the City," was among the resident celebrities attending designer Joseph Abboud's men's fashion show Thursday in New York. Not that Cattrall was pulling a Samantha (her character on the series) at the fashion event. She told PEOPLE that she was there to look at clothes for her (third) husband, Mark Levinson. And while some observers have noted that Samantha and her "Sex" pals may have gone over the top this season, Cattrall says, "The situations have really gotten fun and outrageous. For me, real comic goddesses, like Madeline Kahn and Mae West, used their sexuality in such a positive way, and I see Samantha as that type of role model. I think every year we just go deeper, and we just get more in touch with where the girls are going." For Cattrall, that's healthy. "I think this show is celebrating what it's like to be a woman," she said. "I am just glad to be a part of it."
