Husband and wife Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston are slated to join musical forces for a high-profile show at Las Vegas's 7,000-seat Aladdin Theatre for the Performing Arts on Nov. 10, say reports. The gig is attracting interest for several reasons, not only because of the musical stature of the artists -- Houston is one of the top-selling musical artists of all time-- but because of the personal history of the couple, both together and individually. The status of their marriage has been fodder for gossip columns for years, as has some recent erratic behavior on her part. At the moment, Houston faces a possible petty misdemeanor charge in Hawaii after airport security people allegedly found a small amount of marijuana in her bag earlier this year. She has until Oct. 26 to turn herself in. Brown, who has had repeated run-ins with the law, spent 58 days in a Florida jail this year for violating probation on a drunken driving charge. He has maintained a low profile since his July 7 release.
