No sooner than she wins a nearly $450 million settlement in her case against her late husband's estate then former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith, 32, is being sued (for an unreported amount) -- for allegedly backing out of a 1996 feature film in which she was to costar with Long Island Lothario Joey Buttafuoco. Reuters reports that producer Vince Offer, who filed the breach of contract suit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, claims that Smith agreed to film "The Underground Comedy Movie," but then backed out, fearing the movie might tarnish her image. The finished film was released in 1999, yet despite the presence of Buttafuoco (who was the object of teen lover Amy Fisher's affections until Amy went and shot his wife, who survived), went by largely unnoticed.
