Madonna's Land Deals

"Music" artist Madonna isn't just confined to the pop charts. She can also be found in the real estate section of the papers. The Los Angeles Times reports that the Material Mom, 42, has sold her Hollywood Hills home for about $4 million. The well-heeled purchasers: Jenna Elfman, costar of "Dharma and Greg," and her husband, actor Bodhi Elfman. The 5,000-square-foot home, which Madonna bought in 1996, has been on the market since June, when she bought a Beverly Hills house for $6.5 million, said the Times. Meanwhile, the end of last week brought reports that Madonna plans also plans to set up permanent housekeeping in London, having purchased a six-bedroom townhouse in trendy Notting Hill for a reported $11 million. Previously she has only rented in the city.
