With the highly publicized dissolution of their marriage still in full gear, rapper Eminem, 27, and his wife, Kim Mathers, 25, are reportedly continuing to live together under the same roof with their 4-year-old daughter, Haile Jade. Eminem filed for divorce in August, but the family now resides in a new house purchased in the gated community of Mount Clemens, Mich. As Kim Mathers's attorney, Neil Rockind, told a local paper, the Macomb Daily: "Sometimes by moving out of a home, one spouse or the other can be voluntarily abandoning any interest or legal claim to it." The paper went on to say that there is little truth to stories about a possible reconciliation between Eminem (whose real name is Marshall Mathers III) and his estranged wife. This week, Macomb County Probate Judge Antonio Viviano is scheduled to look into the matter of future spousal support for Kim. In another court matter, on Dec. 8 Eminem is scheduled to appear on felony assault and weapons charges related to an incident last summer in which he allegedly attacked a man he caught kissing Kim. Eminem could face up to five years in prison.
