A judge in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has ordered singer Marc Anthony, 31, to appear in court to respond to charges that he assaulted local TV personality, gossip reporter Leo Fernandez III. Fernandez's lawsuit claims that the "I Need to Know" singer assaulted him during a July news conference when he asked if Anthony's wife, former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres, was pregnant. (Anthony, in a later situation, confirmed that he is to be a papa early next year.) "He'll be there on Friday at 9 a.m.," Anthony's spokeswoman told New York's Daily News about the star's court date, "and he trusts that justice will be done." She added that Fernandez broke through security barriers to get to Anthony "and was flinging himself toward Marc's wife -- and this guy is over 300 pounds!"
