Brad Pitt, 36, has been unveiled as PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive 2000, the second time the actor has been honored with the coveted title (the first was in 1995.) Pitt's rugged, all-American looks and blue-eyed charm have captured the hearts of millions since his big splash in 1991's "Thelma and Louise," and, more recently, the heart of actress Jennifer Aniston, 31, whom he married last summer. "There's a resonance to him," "Meet Joe Black" castmate Maria Gay Harden told PEOPLE. "It's a sexiness that's even better because it's without the indecision of youth." But we wonder if Pitt will be as modest about his sexy man status this year as he was in 1995, when PEOPLE quoted him as saying, "A friend of mine said they misspelled it. It was supposed to be 'sexiest moron.' " PEOPLE's picks for other sexy men of 2000: Sexiest "Survivor" and retired Navy SEAL Rudy Boesch, 72; singer Jon Bon Jovi, 38; and actor Russell Crowe, 36.
