Elton John's extensive collection of photographs is going on display in Atlanta on Saturday, reports the Associated Press. 380 pieces from the British pop star's private collection will be shown at the High Museum of Art through Jan. 28. The exhibition -- which is a relatively small sampling of John's 2,500-piece collection, consists primarily of vintage black-and-white photos from the 20th century, with an emphasis on fashion (surprise), portraits and floral subjects. One of the prints is a portrait of John, 53, by Chuck Close. "I wanted it to be as honest as possible," John said. "It's me in the flesh. There's no touching up."
