This weekend at the movies was a story of cash and Carrey. Jim Carrey, that is. His and director Ron Howard big version of "Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas" stole the box office and did blockbuster business -- shoving the seemingly indestructible "Charlie's Angels" out of its path.
