This weekend at the movies was a story of cash and Carrey. Jim Carrey, that is. His and director Ron Howard big version of "Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas" stole the box office and did blockbuster business -- shoving the seemingly indestructible "Charlie's Angels" out of its path. Industry sources say that "The Grinch" had the fifth-best movie debut ever and set a record for a non-sequel or prequel. "Rugrats in Paris: The Movie" opened in second place but did $4 million less worth of business than the first "Rugrats" raked in when it premiered two years ago, according to studio estimates. The Top 10 for the weekend:
