Jason Priestley was sentenced by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Randolph Moore on Tuesday to complete a six-month alcohol counseling program in connection with a drunken driving charge stemming from a December 1999 accident that wrecked Priestley's Porsche and broke the arm of his passenger. The 31-year-old former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star, who is a New York resident, had finished a five-day work release jail program in Los Angeles earlier this month as part of the sentencing, according to his lawyer, Peter Knecht. "Everything's done except the mandatory alcohol program," Knecht told Reuters. " At Tuesday's hearing, Judge Moore ordered the actor to provide proof that he had completed the program by July 2. Last March, Priestley pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge related to the accident, which occurred in the Hollywood Hills. He was sentenced to five days in jail and three years' probation. His driver's license was also suspended for a year.
