British couple Alan and Judith Kilshaw, who are at the storm center in a contr oversial custody battle over American-born twins who were first brokered to a California couple over the Internet (before the girls were then brokered to the Kilshaws), are now saying that they plan to move to the U.S., where they will continue to fight for custody. Speaking to reporters on Sunday at Chicago's O'Hare Airport after flying in from London to tape Oprah Winfrey's show in the Windy City, Judith Kilshaw said, "Our plan is to go and live in the States." The Kilshaws care for the girls, whom they named Belinda and Kimberly, for two months before social workers removed the 6-month-old twins from their home. Their natural mother, Tranda Wecker, who originally offered them for adoption, is now saying on TV interview programs that she wants her children back. Also involved in a grab for the children are Richard and Vickie Allen of San Diego, who've gone to court to try to win the girls back.
