There's no stopping J. Lo. Jennifer Lopez's movie comedy "The Wedding Planner" held onto its No. 1 box office position for the second week running, according to studio estimates. (The actress-singer also debuted with the No. 1 album last week, "J. Lo," so these are good times for her.) On other screens, "Valentine," which is about a serial killer whose victims are beautiful women exclusively, overcame lots of bloody reviews and came in at No. 2. The weekend's other debut, "Head Over Heels," with the eye candy antics of Freddie Prinze Jr.. and Monica Potter, did only mediocre business. The Top 10:
