In an interview with "Entertainment Tonight" on Tuesday, actress Halle Berry revealed that she secretly wed R&B singer Eric Benet, 33, two weeks ago. The 34-year-old Golden Globe and Emmy-winning actress told the show that they were married in a small, private ceremony in an undisclosed location. She described her dress as "a simple, not very weddingish dress" designed by Rista Rose. Benet, says Berry, wore a white silk suit while they exchanged their eternity bands and their vows. The couple has been engaged since August 1999. Benet has stood by Berry, who's had her share of legal troubles stemming from a hit-and-run incident last February in West Hollywood (she was fined $13,500 and sentenced to three years probation after she pleaded no contest to the charges). In October, Berry told the Washington Post, "We're not going to have a wedding," she said. "We're just going to go off and elope." The former beauty queen, who was previously married to baseball's David Justice (they divorced in 1996), is set to star in the C.I.A. thriller, "Swordfish" with John Travolta and "X-Men" co-star Hugh Jackman.
