With the loud buzz surrounding the possible return of Julia Louis-Dreyfuss to NBC in her own sitcom now comes news of another big "Seinfeld" alum: Jerry himself. According to Variety columnist Army Archerd, the semi-retired comedian, 46, is scheduled is to make his formal return to show business by taking his act to the Paramount Theater in Oakland, Calif. The show date, says Archerd, is March 20. The recent new father has also been filmed for a feature HBO documentary as he winds up to go back to work. Scenes for the flick have already been filmed of Jerry stretching his considerable comic muscle at comedy clubs. Yet another scene reputedly will show Garry Shandling burying Seinfeld's jokes in a coffin.
