Christine Evelyn Roth, 27, from France, was formally charged in Malibu Superior Court on Tuesday with trespassing on Pamela Anderson's Malibu property over the weekend, reports Reuters. Roth, who is allegedly obsessed with the former "Baywatch" babe, was arrested Sunday morning after she allegedly entered Anderson's home. An arraignment is expected pending completion of a psychiatric evaluation, said Deputy District Attorney Martin Herscovitz. Anderson, 33, was reportedly home at the time of the arrest and had, in fact, called the police. Initially arrested on a trespassing charge, Roth was later jailed on suspicion of stalking, said Herscovitz said. She was not officially charged with stalking because sufficient evidence was lacking, he added. Roth was also seen on Anderson's property Feb. 17, but departed before authorities arrived, according to published reports.
