Out of 8 million people in New York City, Rosie O'Donnell invited about 650 on Monday night -- including Oprah Winfrey, Mary Tyler Moore, Fran Drescher and PEOPLE.com -- to help celebrate the launch of her new magazine, Rosie, at Manhattan's Chelsea Piers. "What an honor to be here," cover girl Drescher, 43, told the crowd during a brief series of speeches that preceded the evening's entertainment, singer Marc Anthony. "And how weird," Drescher added, "to be with so many people who know you have no uterus." The cover story in the first issue details Drescher's battle to beat uterine cancer, which she reveals in a heart-to-heart Q&A with O'Donnell. Came Rosie's turn to speak to the party revelers, the talk show queen, 39, held up her hand, which was recently operated on for a severed tendon (she accidentally sliced it while cutting the price tag off her son's fishing pole), and said, "Want to see my stitches?" Interjected Drescher: "Want to see mine?"
