How business decisions are made: Joan Rivers unveiled her new perfume, Now and Forever, at her New York penthouse on Wednesday, and told PEOPLE that, faced with two choices of a fragrance, she was an absolute wreck came time to decide. "I was in a plane in the middle of the night, and I went to the bathroom," said Rivers, 67. "When I came out, four stewardesses said, 'We wanted to know what you were wearing. You smelled so good when you came on.' And I said, you just picked the cologne." Rivers, who used to wear Joy, will be pushing and, presumably, wearing the new flowery scent (which gets its scent from water lilies, honeysuckle, pineapples, peaches and orange flowers, as well as rosewood skin musk and sandalwood) on the QVC shopping network. As for what to name her perfume, "I wanted to do something about living in the now," she said. "I didn't want to call it Joan. That's so boring."
