Bewitching "Charmed" star Shannen Doherty, 30, pleaded no contest in a California courtroom on Monday to charges of drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit. The former vixen of "Beverly Hills, 90210" also admitted to a special set of circumstances (which were not detailed) for her refusal to submit to a chemical test, reports the Associated Press. She is to be sentenced June 12. Doherty was arrested last December after California Highway Patrol officers said they saw her Ford pickup truck weaving on the Ventura Freeway. Prosecutors said her blood-alcohol level was .13%, well above the legal limit of .08%. As a first-time offender, Doherty will likely face 48 hours in jail or five days in a work-release program, Deputy District Attorney Ian Morse told AP. Because of the special circumstance Doherty will also be handed some increased punishment at the discretion of the judge, possibly additional time in custody or a prolonged work-release term, said Morse.
