Quirky New York real estate developer Abe Hirschfeld, 79, who offered Paula Jones $1 million to settle her sexual harassment lawsuit against President Clinton, with plotting to arrange the contract killing of his business partner of 40 years, Stanley Stahl, according to the indictment presented by Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau. Hirschfeld, who claims he's innocent, called the charge "politically motivated."
