Howard Stern's stalker Michael Lance Carvin, who swore he would "absolutely without a doubt" kill the radio shock jock, in Manhattan Federal Court, Wednesday, to 2 1/2 years in prison -- nearly twice the maximum he faced under federal guidelines. Stern had said that Carvin instituted a "campaign of terror" against him and his family.
