Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt, 55 (whose payment in exchange for information about the private lives of politicians sparked national controversy), with pneumonia. His attorney Alan Isaacman said Flynt was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles Wednesday after X-rays showed the pneumonia "in both lungs."
