Judge Patrick Dinkelacker agreed Wednesday to postpone Flynt's trial a month and a half to April 5 while Flynt, 55, undergoes surgery to correct a urological problem common among paraplegics. (Flynt has been in a wheelchair since he was shot in 1978.)
