Loteki Supernatural Being (nicknamed "Kirby"), as Best in Show, Tuesday, at the 123rd Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, at New York's Madison Square Garden. Kirby is a 6-pound, 8-year-old Papillon. He beat out a German shepherd, a Bernese mountain dog, a Saluki and others.
