By CNBC and Geraldo Rivera, a civil suit brought by a lawyer who met the talk show host's challenge to find a criminal prosecution based on lying about sex, the lawyer said Tuesday. Lawyer Marc Bogatin said he was paid $10,000 plus $170 in court filing costs.
