Gerry Thomas, 77, a former poultry company executive who 45 years ago invented the TV dinner, Tuesday, at Hollywood's Chinese Theater. His hand- and footprints were dipped into cement, along with a Swanson's classic TV dinner tray. His slab will eventually be moved to Swanson's corporate headquarters.
