Actress-comedienne Peggy Cass, 74, of heart failure, in New York. She was best known for her Tony-winning (and Oscar-nominated) role of Agnes Gooch, secretary to Auntie Mame. She also appeared on TV's "To Tell the Truth" ... Stripper Ann Corio, who was somewhere in her 80s, March 1, in Englewood NJ. Starting in 1962 she toured with her long-running hit show, "This Was Burlesque."
