By Oscar-winning ("The Godfather") moviemaker Francis Ford Coppola, a chef's hat, in anticipation of his opening the Niebaum-Coppola Cafe in San Francisco's North Beach March 28. The Italian eatery will feature wines from his Napa vineyard, along with pasta and sauces from his packaged food business.
