Wu-Tang Clan rapper ODB, Monday night, after police in Brooklyn stopped him because his 1996 Range Rover had no license plates and was double-parked. It was discovered that he had no license (it had been suspended), and a search of his real name -- Russell Jones -- revealed an outstanding warrant for his failure to pay child support. A subsequent search also turned up three vials of crack cocaine.
