Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks and her family, for allegedly lending credibility to Britney Marx, 34, who faces charges of defrauding someone of nearly $400,000 by spending the money on herself instead of building a no-kill animal shelter. The lawsuit was filed in Mesa, Ariz., by Dale R. Lumb, from whom Marx borrowed money.
