Kathleen Ann Soliah, 52, a member of the radical Symbionese Liberation Army (which kidnapped publishing heiress Patty Hearst in the '70s), by the FBI, Wednesday in St. Paul, Minn., where she has been living quietly as a doctor's wife. She could face 20 years in prison for attempted murder in a 1975 incident involving the planting of pipe bombs under a police car.
