Oscar-winning filmmaker ("Platoon," "Born on the 4th of July") Oliver Stone, 52, on charges of possession of hash and driving while intoxicated, by Beverly Hills Police, Wednesday. After spending 6 1/2 hours behind bars he was released on $12,5000 bail. He must appear in Municipal Court on July 16.
