Warren Beatty, to shed more light on the possibility of his running for President of the United States, at a Sept. 29 address he will make to the Southern California branch of the liberal Americans for Democratic Action. The star will be presented with the Eleanor Roosevelt Award and -- in the sprit of the late, great First Lady -- is expected to make his opinions heard.
