Gilbert Barclay Mustin, 78, the president of Fleer Corp., one of the country's largest baseball trading card companies and the creator of Dubble Bubble chewing gum, July 28, of pneumonia, in Bryn Mawr, Penn. Mustin was the grandson of Frank Fleer, who founded Fleer in the 1880s. The company also made Chiclets.
