Minoru Chiaki, 82, the last survivor of the actors who played the title characters in Akira Kurosawa's 1954 masterpiece, "The Seven Samurai," died in Tokyo. Chiaki also played major roles in the famed late director's "Hidden Fortress" and "Rashomon."
