A viewer boycott of network TV stations in which minorities are deemed under-represented both in front of and behind the camera. Kweisi Mfume, who heads the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People said the boycott would begin on Jan. 1 unless the four major networks begin addressing goals and timetables to enhance diversity.
