Avoidance of the new Al Pacino film "The Insider" (opening today) by a Miami, Fla., judge in instructions to the jury hearing a multibillion dollar tobacco lawsuit against Brown & Williamson Tobacco. The film, about tobacco industry whistle-blower Jeffrey Wigand, who worked at the company, could prejudice the jury, a lawyer in the case argued.
