TV personality Matt Drudge, by lawyers for the Fox network, that he is in breach of contract for failing to perform on his show, "The Drudge Report," last Sunday (because he was reportedly upset at not being able to show a picture of spina bifida surgery on a 21-week-old fetus to support his argument against abortion). Fox insiders told the Hollywood Reporter that Drudge is "a goner."
