Brian Peterson, 21, from the Webb Correctional Facility in Delaware, after serving 20 months of his two-year manslaughter sentence for killing his newborn baby in a Newark, Del., motel room. The child's mother, Peterson's ex-girlfriend Amy Grossberg (both were college freshmen at the time), remains behind bars for her role in the 1996 murder.
