William Oliver Swofford -- better known as the pop singer Oliver -- whose '60s hits included "Good Morning, Starshine" (from "Hair") and "Jean" (from "The Prime of Miss Jean Brody), died of cancer at the age of 54 on Saturday in Louisiana. He'd left the music business in the '80s . . . TV pioneer Harry William Prichett Sr., 79, responsible for the '50s children's program "Winky Dink and You," died Feb. 5 in Manhattan.
