Lucretia Nimocks, the ex-wife of tobacco industry whistle-blower Jeffrey Wigand -- the subject of the Oscar-nominated movie "The Insider" -- is reportedly demanding payment for the use of her life's story. She's also threatening legal action over her portrayal as a gold digger who abandons Wigand when he loses his job. (Court papers show that Nimocks left her husband because he abused her.) A spokesman for Disney, which released "The Insider," called Nimocks's claims "without merit."
