Lucretia Nimocks, the ex-wife of tobacco industry whistle-blower Jeffrey Wigand -- the subject of the Oscar-nominated movie "The Insider" -- is reportedly demanding payment for the use of her life's story. A spokesman for Disney, which released "The Insider," called Nimocks's claims "without merit."
