Tim Allen, 46, underwent an emergency appendectomy last October. Now, reports New York's Daily News, the "Home Improvement" star returned to the hospital this month and had part of his intestine removed. No further details are available. As a result of the operation, the News says, he's lost a lot of weight -- but is expected to recover fully.
