British character actor Charles Gray, 71, who menaced Sean Connery as the villain Ernst Blofeld in the 007 movie "Diamonds Are Forever," passed away in a London hospital Tuesday. Cause of death was not announced. In addition to "Diamonds" (1971), Gray was also the off-screen narrator of 1975's "The Rocky Horror Picture Show."
