Kiefer Sutherlands Split

After three years of marriage, "Flatliners" actor Kiefer Sutherland has filed for divorce from Kelly Winn Sutherland, citing irreconcilable differences. The two have been formally separated since June 30, according to the papers filed in Los Angeles's Superior Court. Kiefer has to return to court today, notes New York's Daily News, because it seems he made a mistake in the legal paperwork: He accidentally checked "yes" when asked whether or not he is requesting alimony payments from his ex.
