Sir Anthony Hopkins, 62, is keeping his title but not his British citizenship. The Oscar-winner ("Silence of the Lambs") became a U.S. citizen at the Los Angeles Federal Building on Wednesday. Steven Spielberg served as one of his witnesses. As part of his vows, Sir Anthony agreed that he may only be called "Sir" in England.
