Ramseys Won't Take Test

John and Patsey Ramsey have reneged on their offer to take a lie detector test in an effort to clear their names in the death of their daughter, JonBenet. Their attorney and Boulder, Colo., police could not come to terms on how the exam would be conducted. "Obviously, we're disappointed that the Ramseys have declined," Police Chief Mark Beckner said in a statement Tuesday, which had been the informal deadline he set for the test."
