Boy Scout Milestone

The Boy Scouts of America has named its 100 millionth member. He is Mario Castro, 12, of Brooklyn, N.Y.'s Scout Troop 986. Mario and his family emigrated from Mexico City 10 years ago. The Boy Scouts are 90 years old.
