Rex Gets Happy

Movie reviewer Rex Reed, 61, will have shoplifting charges against him dismissed if he is not arrested again within the next six months, a Manhattan judge has ruled. Reed was arrested on Feb. 12 for allegedly pocketing three CDs from a record store. Leaving Criminal Court on Tuesday, he told reporters, "I'm very happy. From now on I'm going to write nothing but good reviews."
